It is easy to become a member of the AV HOA.

There is a one-off joining fee of €75.00.  This fee was initially used to establish the non-profit HOA and associated costs such as legal fees, a bank account, a tax accountant, domain expenses, and AGM costs.  It is now used towards general running fees, which include the bank account, accountant, website and IT fees and AGM costs.

There are no annual membership fees for the year 2025, as the HOA has positive operating funds. 

​

Once a member has joined, information concerning the business of the HOA is sent via a dedicated WhatsApp group, as well as  by email.  All documents can also be found on a shared drive. 

​

An AGM is held once a year, usually in March. Notice of the meeting is sent out 15 days  in advance.
